To successfully enable FinOps adoption in an organization, there is a benefit from a healthy balance of strategic and tactical perspectives. This quick presentation (roughly 10 minutes) will highlight the benefits of executive engagement and support for FinOps at the strategic level (aka the top down); and illuminate the benefits of FinOps when adopted by the I&O engineers whom apply the principles to their daily tactical activities, allowing the benefits to flow upwards (aka from the bottom upwards).
